and ends in Poreč (Croatia).

And finally,
there are the salt fields, where, a few hundred years ago,
locals used to produce salt in a natural way. The side product
was salt clay (fango), used by locals to heal rheumatism and
other illnesses.
Nearby there is a big christian cross, marking
a location where a church should have been built, but, due to
safety reasons,
wasn't. It is said that the cross and the megalith deep
underneath it create a positive energy. That's
why people came, and still
are coming to Strunjan. To fill themselves
with positive
energy.
